               Dr. Sam Arafeh, is the founder and principal consultant at www.ieSEAM.com, a 40+ years practitioner whose experience impacted 1,000+ recipients in 200+ high profile organizations such as Mobil Exon, NASA, US Government, State of California, City of Los Angeles, Arab National Bank, US Airforce, Saudi National Guard, Saudi Arabia Navy, ARAMCO, Boeing, Yahoo, Kellogg, Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton among others. His focus is deploying emerging new technologies of Big Data, Cloud and Analytics to Medium and Large Enterprises to “Maximize Enterprise Performance” in terms of Lower Cost, Waste and Risk while Increasing Revenue, Profit and Equity.”

 

He provides management and technical services in Enterprise Analysis, Strategic Planning and Project Management for the US and the Middle East Federal & States Governments, Public and Private enterprises. He managed and directed Enterprise applications, spearheading web based development including Corporate Mission applications via Marketing, Sales & Operations functionalities, from inception through implementation in the US and the Middle East.

 

He has total experience in enterprise architecture, analysis, strategic planning, business organization, development and management. One of his applications was a Web based Marketing Communication/Branding and Operation serving 1,000 offices and 5,000 users involving 80 headcount of marketing, sales, technical, operations and financing experts for 4 years.

 

He served on boards of directors and advisors; assessing business plans and conducting business ventures’ technical, financial, management, marketing, feasibility, and due diligence. He was one of top executives at www.RemedyStaff.com, as a Chief Technology Officer, who took public the 30-years old company in 1996. He is a former “Professor and Researcher” at the University of California www.UCI.edu for 15 years, and published 40+ research papers. He was on the “Executive Committee” of the largest Angels Investment Group in the USA www.TechCoastAngels.com helping entrepreneurs reach their goals.

 

He is a director at www.TaprootFoundation.org, one the largest US non-profit organization, helping other non-profit organizations maximize their performance in contributing to society. He is an active community member helping the youth, young professionals and the disadvantaged, in the US and Middle East, to reach their goals. He is a senior member of the American Egyptian Scholars since 1975. He earned his B.Sc. E.E. from Ain-Shams University, Egypt and his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University, SMU www.SMU.edu in the USA.
